What would you do? • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs • Talent Development process • Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.
What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree (B.A or B.Com or B.Sc or B.Tech or equivalent). • "Must be open to Australian shift timings: • (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
Roles and Responsibilities: • "• Support scheduling and coordination of internal and external learning programs. • Update and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) including course setup, enrollments, attendance, and completion tracking. • Coordinate with instructors, trainers, vendors, and facilities to confirm training logistics. • Book training venues, virtual sessions, and required learning resources as per schedules. • Respond to learning administration and scheduling queries within defined timelines. • Communicate training schedules, changes, and updates to stakeholders accurately and on time. • Monitor schedules and escalate conflicts or issues to the Scheduling Team Lead when required. • Maintain learning records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy. • Perform basic reporting on training activities and participation metrics. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within learning administration processes." • "• Basic understanding of Learning Administration and Scheduling processes. • Hands on exposure to Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors & ClearXP) • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word. • Ability to work with large volumes of data with high accuracy. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and quality driven mindset. • Customer service orientation and ability to work with global stakeholders. • Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple learning platforms and processes."
