In this role, you will lead development on a core loan servicing platform that directly powers financial access for thousands of customers. YOU ARE: A highly experienced Nortridge Loan Servicing developer (NLS) who brings both deep technical expertise and strong business awareness. You take a proactive approach to problem solving and leverage modern tools—including AI-assisted coding and analysis—to accelerate development, enhance solution quality, and reduce manual effort. You are comfortable leading complex initiatives, guiding technical direction, and partnering across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform
- Analyze business requirements and use a combination of engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools to design efficient, scalable solutions
- Configure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality
- Design and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logic
- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code quality
- Troubleshoot system issues, using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes and drive resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of development practices
- Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities

YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS)
- Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL
- Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming
- Experience with VBScript and JavaScript
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and solution design
- Ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI into development workflows while maintaining strong engineering standards and governance
