What You Will Be Doing
- Support the preparation, processing, labelling, storage, and tracking of biological samples in accordance with study protocols and laboratory procedures.
- Prepare laboratory reagents, consumables, and equipment required to support clinical and analytical testing activities.
- Maintain laboratory facilities, equipment, and inventory to ensure operational readiness and compliance with quality standards.
- Complete and maintain accurate laboratory documentation, records, and sample tracking information in line with GCP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with laboratory and clinical teams to support the efficient delivery of Phase I clinical research studies.
- Promote a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to SOPs, health and safety regulations, and quality processes.
You Will Have/Be
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a qualification in a scientific, laboratory, or healthcare-related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory, healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environment would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle samples, documentation, and laboratory records.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to supporting operational activities.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and patient safety, with a willingness to learn and develop within clinical research.
