The opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimisation, and growth of our paid marketing channels.
In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing and GTM teams to launch campaigns, manage day-to-day channel execution, analyse performance, and contribute to initiatives that improve marketing pipeline contribution.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has initial hands-on experience with paid marketing, whether through an internship, working student role, or first full-time position, and wants to build a long-term career in growth and performance marketing.
You do not need to be an expert yet, but you should already understand the basics of paid media, campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and performance optimisation.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Support the planning, setup, launch, and optimisation of paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant paid platforms.
Work with the Growth Marketing Manager to execute campaigns that support demand generation, lead generation, pipeline creation, and product or industry-specific initiatives.
Coordinate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and other GTM teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, SQL contribution, pipeline impact, and overall return.
Build and maintain reports in tools such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, ad platforms, or similar reporting environments.
Own keyword research, audience research, competitor research, landing page analysis, and campaign testing for paid marketing initiatives.
Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance, landing pages, messaging, targeting, and channel expansion.
Use AI tools to improve workflows, research, reporting, campaign analysis, and creative testing, going beyond basic chatbot usage.
We’d love to meet you if you:
Initial experience in performance marketing, paid media, growth marketing, or digital marketing through an internship, working student role, traineeship, or first full-time position.
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and marketing performance metrics.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to spot issues, suggest improvements, and think beyond task execution.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments.
Genuine interest in building a career in performance and growth marketing.
Nice to Have
A degree or background in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in B2B SaaS, lead generation, demand generation, or pipeline-focused marketing.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion and Claude.
Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimisation, or conversion rate optimisation.
Basic understanding of SEO and how paid and organic channels can work together.
Experience using AI tools for research, campaign analysis, workflow automation, reporting, or content ideation.
