What you will do

This position is responsible for data center (DC) thermal management solutions(TMS) for AIDC applications in APAC region, working closely with customers to provide professional JCI TMS solutions align with customer needs, priority and future plan. Deeply involved in DC industry to capture market and thermal solutions technologies trend, develop and promote JCI thermal management solutions in the market to drive the JCI reputation in the DC industry

How you will do

1. Thermal Management Solutions Development

a. Understand the TMS technologies trend in the market and develop advanced TMS solutions in the industry

b. Work closely with the product team to introduce the latest products into DC thermal solutions and pre-sales internally & externally

c. Be innovative and smart to develop solutions and bring the experience for customer

d. Develop the smart tools for DC customer needs (TCO, pPUE, WUE,etc.) for customer quick response

e. Work with cross function team to develop BOD tools to improve the operation efficiency

2. Sales Support and Project Engagement

a. Work closely with sales team, regional/global accounts to develop and engage the JCI TMS for customer expectations, providing E2E professional technical service to help sales/KA to build the business pipeline

b. Directly communicating with customers /designers to capture the key needs, priority and develop the RFI/RFQ of projects

c. Work closely with cross function team to identify the key gaps and develop the mitigations for business success

d. Key customer needs and voice of customer collection and validation for product/solutions development needs

e. Opportunities & projection management and cooperate with cross function for the project execution

3. Marketing Intelligence

a. DC market dynamic trend, thermal solutions & technologies trend analysis

b. Sensible on market competitions and analysis

c. Participate & Promote JCI TMS in the industry events

d. Training for sales, customer to leverage JCI thermal solutions internally and externally

e. Smart marketing tools development and promotion

What we look for

1. Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of DC thermal solutions experience in product management, marketing, or sales is required.

2. Experienced in thermal management architecture design & development, and familiar with the heat rejections (including chillers, dry coolers, cooling tower, thermal engerage storage.), air-cooled solutions (CRAH, fan walls, RDHx, etc.) & liquid cooled solutions (CDU)

3. Must have demonstrable business management skills in a customer management environment and must be technically savvy, possessing strong knowledge of field and business practices.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.

5. Ability to envision and introduce creative tools for fast and effective interaction with the field combining high technical complexity and commercial interests in a seamless and user-friendly manner would be a significant plus.

8. Travel is required 30% to 50% of the time.
