This role offers a hybrid work schedule and requires regular on-site support at our El Dorado Hills, CA office, with a minimum of 4 days per week in office during onboarding and training. Following successful ramp-up, the schedule may transition to 3 days per week in office based on business needs.

About the Job
This role will provide front-line IT support to Keeper employees across hardware, software, user access and office-based technology needs. Reporting to the Director of IT, the ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage day-to-day support responsibilities while assisting with on-site projects and device deployment. This role is especially important in supporting employee onboarding, workstation setup, IT asset tracking and in-office infrastructure needs at Keeper’s El Dorado Hills location.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to Keeper employees across hardware, software, access and basic technical issues
- Deliver on-site IT support for employees and infrastructure located in Keeper’s El Dorado Hills, CA office
- Set up, deploy and maintain Windows and macOS workstations, laptops, mobile devices and related IT assets
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, access changes and asset coordination
- Monitor, triage and respond to IT service requests from employees and contractors in a timely manner
- Assist with desktop and endpoint-related projects while maintaining day-to-day support responsibilities
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and conduct regular inventory audits
- Partner with third-party vendors and service providers to support delivery of IT services
- Help maintain physical security systems such as door access and camera systems in office locations
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal IT resources while maintaining clear communication with end users
- Contribute to documentation, process consistency and a high-quality internal support experience
- Support employees across multiple time zones, including occasional work outside of normal business hours when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, service desk or a related technical support role
- Experience providing end-user IT support in a business environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and business applications such as Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace or similar platforms
- Experience provisioning and supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and common employee productivity tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and user access issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills for a distributed and global employee base
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability and willingness to use AI tools effectively to improve troubleshooting, documentation, workflow efficiency and day-to-day IT support operations
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as part of regular job duties
- Ability to work on-site in El Dorado Hills, CA multiple days per week in support of employee and office IT needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and device deployment
- Familiarity with IT asset management practices and inventory control
- Experience supporting identity and access-related issues such as MFA, account access or user provisioning
- Familiarity with endpoint management or MDM tools
- Experience working in a security-conscious or compliance-driven environment

5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights

- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
- Object to or restrict processing
