The opportunity
Behind every successful investment platform are teams making sure thousands of transactions, distributions and investment events happen accurately, seamlessly and on time.
At Netwealth, our Unlisted & Income team sits right at the heart of that operation.
One day you might be reconciling income payments from managed funds, the next you'll be supporting term deposits, annuities or unlisted investments.
You'll be solving complex operational challenges, working with investment managers, advisers and internal stakeholders, and helping ensure our clients' investments are managed with precision and care.
If you're someone who loves digging into detail, solving problems, improving processes and learning how investments work behind the scenes, this could be the perfect next step.
The role is based within our Customer Operations team, where we combine operational excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement to create exceptional experiences for advisers and clients across the Netwealth platform.
You'll become a key part of a specialised team responsible for the administration and processing of:
Managed funds
Unlisted investments
Term deposits
Challenger annuities
Income and distribution payments
Investment reconciliations
You'll be:
Processing investment transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconciling income payments and resolving discrepancies
Managing adviser, client and fund manager enquiries
Monitoring and following up outstanding transactions
Supporting operational improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Helping maintain procedures, controls and documentation
Collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
What we're looking for
Experience in investment operations, wealth management or financial services
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
A natural curiosity for how things work
Exceptional attention to detail
Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
A proactive mindset and desire to improve processes
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes
If you're looking for a role where you'll gain exposure to a broad range of investment products, develop valuable industry expertise and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what it does, we'd love to hear from you.
