Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the end-to-end commercial process for the Food Biosciences business across Latin America, helping convert commercial opportunities into invoiced sales.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues in SAP, including sales orders, pricing validations, inventory availability and process bottlenecks impacting business execution.
- Coordinate customer order follow-up and indent processes in partnership with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Maintain customer and commercial master data, ensuring information accuracy, compliance and governance standards.
- Manage the commercial pipeline within Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), supporting forecast accuracy and alignment between opportunities and invoiced sales.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance reports, providing visibility on business results, forecasts and commercial performance.
- Coordinate rebate settlements, credit notes and commercial commission activities while ensuring compliance with financial and commercial policies.
- Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support business continuity, issue resolution and operational excellence.
- Provide operational support for commercial agreements, customer audits, compliance reviews, procurement activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) commercial operations, sales support, customer service or commercial excellence environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience managing customer orders, commercial processes and cross-functional operational activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights and reports.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions and geographies.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with commercial reporting tools.
