About the Role
This position is to implement the test work based on user requirements.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform the testing activities.
- Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
- Support SIT/UAT as user request
- Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
- Collaborate with IT and business users
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
- Weekly progress report of assigned tasks
- Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks
- Build trust with colleagues in design, development and testing team
- Understand user requirements and clarify if unclear
- Discussion with external counter parties on the solution/issues found during the completion of assigned tasks.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
- Database experience is a MUST
- Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Good understanding of testing process and methodology
- Good understanding of insurance business is a plus
