We are looking for an Intern to join our Professional Team.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Support Intern in Panama with Signify.

• Supports the sales organization with customer documentation, proposals, product information, and quotation preparation. Ensures accuracy and professional presentation of all materials.

• Coordinates internal and external meetings, sales reviews, and customer interactions. Tracks progress of opportunities, tenders, and project documentation, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.

• Prepares regular sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards. Ensures C4C and reporting systems reflect accurate opportunity status and sales metrics.

• Coordinates communication between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitors customer requests, quotation activity, and service responsiveness. Highlights trends or gaps to the sales team for proactive follow-up.

• Ensures all sales documentation, and communication follow internal policies and audit guidelines. Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of commercial information.

More about you

• Currently studying towards a university degree or higher education in Engineering, Business, Administration, etc.

• Intermedium English level is required.
