What will Intern – Rewards, Performance & Analytics do?

We are seeking an intern to join our Rewards, Performance & Analytics team. This role offers an opportunity to support key people initiatives, project execution, data analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing Rewards, Performance & Analytics projects and operational activities.
• Assist in the execution of initiatives including Exit Form Revamping, Wellness initiatives, and Recognition Revamping.
• Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely follow-ups and project execution.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
• Provide support in regional coordination and execution of employee-focused initiatives.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good understanding of data representation and visualization.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
