What will Intern – Consumer Insights do?

We are seeking an intern to join our Consumer Insights team. This role offers a mix of project management, coordination with external stakeholders and extensive secondary research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data collection, archiving and monitoring.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Interact with stakeholders to follow up on data acquisition and management.
• Research trends in telecom and technology industry.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head with an extended team of 2 members.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Sociology, Psychology, Economic or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.
• Curiosity to learn, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
