Job Description

Your role:

Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
Utilize AI tools to structure, summarize, and transform business knowledge into scalable workflow solutions.
Support the development and optimization of PLDM (Product Lifecycle & Development Management) process management tools.
Work with domain experts to translate business requirements into flexible, maintainable, and user-friendly workflow solutions.

Experience Experience in business analysis, process mapping, workflow management, or digital transformation projects through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
Skills Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, AI-assisted knowledge management, and familiarity with process modeling tools.
Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Management, or a related discipline.
