We invite an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our cross-functional team developing internal applications for a global fintech company. You’ll facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies while helping ensure effective team collaboration. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with people management activities, including conducting 1:1s, supporting professional development, and participating in performance reviews.

✅ Is that you?

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives)
• Previous experience in people management
• Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with team members
• Experience supporting professional development of team members
• Experience participating in or conducting performance reviews
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with individual team members
• Ability to guide and support a proactive team in its day-to-day work
• Hands-on experience with Jira
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

• Experience working with Agile/team metrics
• Experience with AI tools to efficiently collect, filter, structure, or share information

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll combine Scrum Master and people management responsibilities, supporting both the team and individual team members.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Support and guide the team in applying Scrum and Agile practices
• Work closely with individual team members through regular 1:1 meetings
• Support team members’ professional and career development
• Support and follow up on team members’ development plans
• Participate in or conduct performance reviews
• Use Jira to track relevant team information and metrics
