Impex Clerk

The Import and Export Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing import and export transactions for small parcel shipments. The role ensures timely customs clearance, accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective coordination with couriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to support uninterrupted business operations.

About the job:

• Process imports shipments and ensure completeness of required documents. (30%)

• Prepare export shipments and documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions. (30%)

• Manage day-to-day small parcel import and export shipments through courier platforms. (15%)

• Liaise with internal departments including Purchasing, Planning, Finance, Warehouse teams and nominated forwarders. (10%)

• Identify opportunities to improve shipment processing efficiency and compliance. (10%)

• Other duties as assigned. (5%)

About you:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Up to one year of experience

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• High attention to detail
