Sales Account Manager

Account Management & Customer Relations:

·  Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders to maximize account growth and customer retention.

·  Act as the primary point of contact for all customer ensuring timely response to inquiries, concerns and business requirements.

·  Conduct regular customer meetings and account reviews to understand business challenges, identify new opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.

·  Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address issues to ensure service excellence and long-term customer loyalty.

1.   Sales & Business Development:

• Identify, develop, and successfully close sales opportunities within assigned accounts and target customers.
• Promote company products, solutions and services to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit, order intake and pipeline targets in line with departmental objectives.

2. Proposal & Opportunity Management:

• Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders for small to medium-sized opportunities.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and contractual requirements with relevant internal teams.
• Conduct customer presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.

3. Market Intelligence & Business Insights:

·  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer developments and emerging technologies within the ICT sector, to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.

·  Provide feedback to management regarding market dynamics, customer needs, and business development opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ICT sales in data center , security  light current hardware experience  , account management is a must relevant to our industry

- Good understanding of sales cycles, tendering processes, and procurement procedures.

- Strong customer relationship management and opportunity development skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
