What would you do? You will be aligned with our Life Sciences R&D vertical. Our services span across the entire life sciences enterprise, from research laboratories, clinical trials support, and regulatory services, to pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory, helping the world’s leading biopharma companies bring their vision to life – enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the patient, connecting scientific expertise with unique insights into the patient experience. R&D Automation Enablement Operations focuses on automating research and development processes to increase efficiency and innovation. This includes implementing automated systems for data collection, analysis, and testing. The goal is to speed up R&D activities, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy. Key tasks involve developing automation tools, integrating them into workflows, and maintaining these systems. Designing, building, and maintaining software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. Develop scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet specific business or user requirements. Encompasses aspects such as application architecture, coding, debugging, and integration within the .NET ecosystem.
What are we looking for? • Min 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. • Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and HTML. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Experience working with clients in domains such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Pharma, Utilities, or similar industries is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative global team environment. • C# • ASP.NET • ASP.NET MVC • .NET Core / .NET 6+ • SQL Server • CI/CD Pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar) • JavaScript • jQuery • Bootstrap • HTML5 & CSS3 • REST APIs / Web Services • Git/Version Control (Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, architect, and develop scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. • Act as a Technical Lead by providing technical guidance and mentoring development team members. • Lead automation initiatives and deliver innovative solutions across business accounts. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Participate in solution architecture, application design, and technical discussions. • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices. • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments. • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and timely resolution of defects. • Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and provide production support when required. • Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and documentation. • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve development processes.
