Job Summary

Talent Acquisition & Talent Development
Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities, including resume reviews, interview coordination, candidate interviews, and onboarding sessions.
Assist in the development and administration of talent management, training, and employee development programs.
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course setup, participation tracking, and reporting.
Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
Assist in developing and supporting employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
Assist with the Anchor in Action employee and community engagement program, including event planning, communications, and meeting facilitation.
Employer Branding & Social Media
Maintain the social media content calendar and support content planning efforts.
Create content that highlights company culture, employee engagement, community involvement, and recruiting initiatives across company social media platforms.
HR Operations & Administration
Assist with HR documentation, employee records, reporting, and organizational chart maintenance.
Support HR systems administration, including Workday updates and record management.
Coordinate meetings, communications, and administrative activities for HR programs and initiatives.
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned.
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:
- In process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related areas.
- Preferred pursing Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or other related areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with various levels of management within the company and externally.
- Proficient knowledge of different social media platforms and management through Hootsuite.
- Familiar with a variety of human resource concepts, practices and procedures.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
