We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.
Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)
HSE Manager
Lead the overall HSE function for the project, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, project requirements, and HSE standards across all construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project HSE team.
- Oversee implementation of the project HSE management system and plans.
- Monitor Contractor compliance with HSE requirements.
- ·Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
- Identify key HSE risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
- Lead investigations of incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and project stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience, preferably on major construction/infrastructure projects.
- Minium 5 years previous experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent senior HSE role.
- Strong experience in construction supervision and Contractor HSE management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- EBOSH IGC / Diploma
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- PMP
