About this role:

The India HRA team lead is responsible for supporting and managing the India HR Associate team. The HR Associates are responsible for managing high volume HR transactions and data requests using our Workday HCM, as well as other requests to support the business needs of our leaders and HR partners. 
 

What you will do:

• Oversee the HR associate team (currently 5 HRAs) from a people and capability management perspective. 

• Process transactions, including confidential transactions, cross-business unit organizational changes, and other sensitive matters.  

• Use technology to improve and automate activities; Workday “super user”.  

• Onboard and train new HRAs to successfully perform role – provide ongoing business coaching in executing business tasks.
    

 What you will need:

• Customer service / employee service experience. 

• 3-4 years of customer and / or employee services experience.  

• 3+ years of Workday experience. 

• 3 + years of HR transaction experience. 

• Experience with HR processes, policies, and general HR acumen.  

• Workday transaction experience.

• ServiceNow experience preferred.

• Ability to effectively manage people and teams.

  • Able to effectively manage competing priorities and toggle between operational and “big picture” solutions.  

• Execution-mindset:

  • Willingness to “roll sleeves” up to execute transactions and assist the team. 

  • Effectively manage quick win and longer-term continuous improvement opportunities.
