Tasks and Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute administrative HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).
- Process a wide range of personnel transactions, including:
- Hiring and onboarding activities
- Employment contract changes and amendments
- Transfers and organizational changes
- Parental leave and part-time work arrangements
- Terminations and offboarding activities
- Maintain and manage employee data in Workday and SAP HR Core.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HR data.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, certificates, and employee correspondence.
- Handle employee and manager inquiries through HR service management tools while meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide administrative support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with labor law requirements, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, data quality, and customer experience.
- Participate in HR projects, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed commercial, business, or HR-related education, or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in HR Administration, Shared Services, P&O Operations, or a similar HR support environment is an advantage.
- Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday and/or SAP HR Core.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of both English and German, written and spoken.
