About the role
Job SummaryThe role is responsible for supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience and contributes to the organization’s talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
- Support recruitment reporting and compliance.
- Assist in employer branding and sourcing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Typically a University degree and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good skills in English both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR system-Workday is prefered.
