Role summary
The HRSC (HR Shared Services Solution Centre) In-Country Tier 2 HR Service Representative plays a key operational role in Cencora countries with large and complex employee populations. As an in-country specialist, the role is responsible for resolving country-specific HR questions and issues, ensuring high-quality and compliant HR service delivery.
This is a fixed-term position. The role reports directly to the HRSC In-Country Tier 2 Leader in Lithuania and works closely with local HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with country-specific requirements and practices.
In addition, the successful candidate will work in close partnership with the local-facing HR function, particularly the HR Manager Germany, who will provide guidance and support on local HR matters where required
Responsibilities:
- Be an expert in local policies, processes and practices for all Cencora companies within that specific country
- Respond to and resolve specific country queries passed to them by the HRSC Tier 1 team in Lithuania in ServiceNow
- Complete Workday tasks for that country which need specific local knowledge
- Work within agreed SLAs for both response and resolution time
- Help to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for service enhancement to the HRSC In-Country Tier 2 Leader in Lithuania
- Act on any specific survey feedback received
- Lead/support HR knowledge transition process where needed from other countries
- Work closely with the Operational Excellence and Training teams to identify and implement areas of improvement
Specific Country Responsibilities:
- Local HR Expertise for Complex Issues: Support managers and employees in resolving challenging HR matters that require local knowledge due to legal, statutory, or complex circumstances
- In-Person HR Support: Deliver HR services that require a physical presence or direct interaction at the local level
- Specialized HR Support: Address complex questions related to benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding leveraging local channels and expertise
- Language-Specific HR Assistance: Provide HR advice and support in the local language to ensure clear communication and understanding
- Escalation for Complex Cases: Act as the escalation point for HR issues that cannot be resolved by centralized Tier 1 or Tier 2 teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Collaboration with Local Authorities: Engage with local authorities as needed to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a Shared Services environment
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Experience working in a multinational and multi-site environment
- Demonstrated experience using Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable HR technology platforms
- Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes
- Experience working with managers or stakeholders located in another country is an advantage
- Fluency in the local country language German and a good working knowledge of English

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to represent Cencora's values and maintain a professional, employee-focused approach
