As an HR Admin – Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and overseeing day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers that help address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Coordinating payroll processes and confirming compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in alignment with HR protocols
- Overseeing employee record-keeping and maintaining data quality and confidentiality
- Implementing HR policies and service delivery strategies to support workforce needs
- Leading HR operations projects, focusing on planning, budgeting, and execution
- Analyzing HR metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Facilitating conflict resolution and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve HR processes and service delivery
- Collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Promoting employee engagement and well-being through strategic HR initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Human Resources Management (HRM)
