Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility: 

• Maintaining effective communication with the client and other in-house organizations 
• Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency.
• Scheduling and delegating workload
• Maintaining general floor discipline 
• Responsible for performance management of the allocated span 
• Meet the given targets 
• Driving operational initiatives to increase customer satisfaction 
• Candidates profile and qualifications:
• Able to take initiative to assist team members
• Strong decision making skills
• Ability to take initiative and drive for results
• Knowledge of the POS/SCO/NONPOS equipment, troubleshooting procedures and ability to expand that knowledge
• Should possess team management and motivational skills
• Experience in technical process will be an added advantage
