Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Promptly review and respond to incoming VOB requests from healthcare facilities.
• Complete and return VOBs to meet urgent processing requirements.
• Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, in-network status, and any applicable co-pays or deductibles.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external facilities to ensure accurate understanding of insurance benefits.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account

• Good working knowledge with Verification of Benefits and Authorization
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Knowledge with MS Tools
• Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
