What is Head Product Strategic Alliances & Partnerships?
The role’s responsibilities include building and managing Jazz’s strategic alliances with international carriers and global partners at a product and commercial level, to expand Jazz Enterprise’s international and cross-border proposition; and owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle identification, onboarding, contracting, and relationship management for all Jazz Enterprise partners and OEMs, spanning both traditional telecom partners and technology/techco partners.
This role is central to Jazz Enterprise’s evolution into a multi-partner, ecosystem-led technology business.
The role reports into VP Products & Solutions.
What does Head Product Strategic Alliances & Partnerships?
International Carrier & Strategic Alliances
• Identify, structure and negotiate strategic alliances with international carriers and global operators to expand Jazz Enterprise’s international product and service proposition.
• Own the commercial and product-level relationship for international alliance partners, representing Jazz Enterprise in relevant bilateral and industry forums.
• Work with Products & Solutions teams to translate international alliances into deliverable, sellable propositions for Jazz Enterprise customers.
Partner & OEM Relationship Management
• Own the full partner lifecycle identification, evaluation, onboarding, contracting, and governance — for all Jazz Enterprise partners and OEMs, spanning networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technology vendors as well as traditional telecom partners.
• Structure and negotiate partner agreements — reseller, distributor, solution-integrator, referral, and co-sell arrangements — ensuring commercial and legal terms protect Jazz Enterprise’s interests while enabling speed to market.
• Establish and maintain a partner governance framework — tiering, performance scorecards, joint business planning, and renewal/escalation processes — across the partner portfolio.
Ecosystem Strategy & Enablement
• Build and maintain Jazz Enterprise’s overall OEM and partner ecosystem map, identifying gaps and prioritizing new partnerships aligned with the cybersecurity, cloud and SI product strategies.
• Act as the central point of coordination between partners/OEMs and internal product owners to ensure consistent partner engagement and avoid duplicated or conflicting relationships.
• Drive partner enablement — certification programs, joint marketing, and co-selling frameworks — to maximize value realization from each alliance.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head Product Strategic Alliances & Partnerships?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or carrier relations, including at least 4–5 years in a leadership role owning partner or alliance portfolios.
• Experience working with international carriers, global operator groups, or international industry forums is strongly preferred.
• A demonstrated track record negotiating and managing OEM/technology partner agreements — reseller, distributor, or solution-integrator arrangements.
• Strong contract, commercial, and negotiation experience, with familiarity working alongside Legal and Procurement on partner agreements.
• Experience operating across both telecom and technology/techco partner ecosystems is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, deal-structuring, and relationship-management skills across international and domestic stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate alliances into commercial, deliverable propositions
• Team-building and people leadership — able to establish a new function from scratch
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Product, Legal, Sales, and Delivery teams
• Executive presence and the ability to represent Jazz Enterprise externally with international partners and carriers
• High degree of organization and governance discipline across a large and diverse partner portfolio
