NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Head of Market Risk to work in remotely in LATAM with our global client. 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Market Risk to lead market risk analysis and support strategic risk management initiatives within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working with capital markets and financial instruments.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Banking.
• CFA Certification or FRM Certification (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk and financial markets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead market risk analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate market risk exposures and support risk management initiatives.
• Analyze fixed income products, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, and business stakeholders to support risk-related decisions.
• Develop and enhance market risk methodologies and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with fixed income, derivatives, or capital markets.
• Knowledge of quantitative risk methodologies and financial modeling.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a banking environment.
