Sobre esta vaga de GTM Engineer na Oliv AI
About Us
Oliv.AI is a SalesTech global startup headquartered in San Francisco, debuting the world's first team of AI Agents for sales. With our recent $5.2M Seed funding, we solve one of the biggest problems for revenue teams: unreliable deal data. Oliv captures Deal Intelligence from every meeting, call, and email—without any rep involvement. The result is a clear, detailed view of every deal, presented in scorecards built on trusted sales methodologies like MEDDICC, BANT, and SPICED. Our AI agents are built for sales teams—sales managers, AEs, and RevOps—handling the work that takes them away from selling. With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation.
The role
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will identify target accounts, build campaigns, automate execution and turn activity into qualified pipeline. We need someone who moves fast, exercises sound judgment and owns outcomes end to end. You should be equally comfortable:
- Building workflows using AI, enrichment tools, APIs and automation platforms
- Defining which market segment Oliv should pursue and researching accounts and understanding buyer behaviour
- Writing campaign messaging and launching campaigns yourself
- Analysing results and deciding what to change
- Fixing operational problems rather than waiting for another team to solve them
What you will own
GTM strategy and experimentation
- Develop and continuously refine Oliv’s ICP, market segments, buyer personas and account-selection criteria.
- Translate company goals into specific growth hypotheses and campaign plans.
- Identify new audiences, buying signals, use cases and distribution opportunities.
- Decide which campaigns and channels deserve investment based on evidence.
- Build a structured experimentation roadmap across outbound, ABM, partnerships, content-led campaigns and other growth motions.
- Define success metrics before launching programs.
- Stop, modify or scale campaigns based on pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Account research and intelligence
- Build systems to identify high-potential accounts and contacts.
- Develop enrichment workflows using firmographic, technographic, hiring, funding, leadership and intent data.
- Create account-scoring and prioritisation models.
- Turn raw account information into usable campaign insights.
- Automate repetitive research while maintaining high data and output quality.
- Identify triggers that indicate when an account may be ready to engage with Oliv.
Campaign strategy and execution
- Personally build and launch targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ABM and other relevant channels.
- Develop campaign concepts, offers, messaging and audience logic.
- Create personalised and account-specific campaign experiences.
- Coordinate closely with sales on account selection, follow-up and pipeline conversion.
- Build nurture, reactivation, closed-lost and expansion campaigns.
- Run small, fast experiments before scaling successful programs.
- Own campaign quality from targeting through execution and measurement.
GTM systems and automation
- Build and maintain workflows connecting CRM, enrichment providers, campaign tools, internal data and AI systems.
- Use tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent platforms to automate GTM processes.
- Work with APIs, webhooks and LLMs to build intelligent workflows.
- Create systems for account research, campaign personalisation, lead routing, follow-up and reporting.
- Design appropriate human-review and quality-control steps for AI-generated outputs.
- Monitor automation failures, data-quality issues and campaign errors.
- Evaluate and select GTM tools based on business value rather than popularity.
- Raise the execution standard across the existing growth organization.
- Create reusable campaign systems, documentation and operating processes.
Analytics and revenue accountability
- Connect campaign activity to meetings, opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
- Build clear reporting for channel and campaign performance.
- Diagnose why campaigns are succeeding or failing.
- Monitor funnel conversion, account engagement, cost per opportunity and pipeline contribution.
- Work with RevOps to improve attribution and CRM data quality.
- Present clear recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- Strong experience in growth, GTM engineering, revenue automation, growth operations, marketing operations or a related role.
- A track record of building and executing B2B SaaS growth campaigns.
- Experience selling to North American or global B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of ICP definition, segmentation, account research, ABM and outbound.
- Hands-on experience with GTM automation and data-enrichment tools.
- Ability to work with APIs, webhooks and structured data.
- Comfort using SQL and basic Python or JavaScript, or demonstrated ability to build equivalent systems through low-code tools.
- Strong practical understanding of LLMs, prompting, AI workflows and output evaluation.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive B2B campaign messaging.
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort working with incomplete information.
- Evidence of personally shipping work rather than only managing teams or agencies.
- High ownership, urgency and attention to detail.
Strong indicators of fit
You are likely to be successful in this role if:
- You naturally break vague growth problems into testable hypotheses.
- You can move from a spreadsheet or customer insight to a functioning campaign within days.
- You are comfortable doing research, writing messaging, configuring tools and analysing data yourself.
- You challenge assumptions and ask whether an activity will actually produce pipeline.
- You improve systems instead of repeatedly performing the same manual work.
- You are curious about how sales teams operate and how buying decisions are made.
- You care more about qualified pipeline than impressions, opens or activity volume.
- You enjoy early-stage environments where the role is not fully defined.
