As a Global GBS Alliance - Reporting & Certification - Senior Associate, you will engage in strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on building partnerships that align with PwC's strategy, enabling the delivery of multi-competency programs to address clients' critical business challenges. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies for market penetration and revenue growth, while identifying opportunities for solution development and industry alignment.

As a Senior Associate, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, learning to manage and inspire others while navigating complex situations. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments to grow, leveraging your skills to analyze complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify synergies between technology and the firm, enhancing the firm's market presence and achieving organizational targets. Your contributions will be vital in promoting the firm's services and capturing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and collaborate on solution development
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve organizational targets
- Analyzing complex business issues to inform insights and recommendations for market penetration and revenue growth
- Navigating complex situations to deepen technical skills and awareness of personal strengths
- Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes
- Embracing ambiguity and using it as an opportunity for personal and professional growth
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of supporting demand generation and successful programs
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
