Summary
Oversees daily operations of the Gift Shop in conjunction with LVHN gift shop guidelines and process.

Job Duties

• Maintains clean and attractive displays throughout the gift shop.
• Maintains the stock room in an orderly fashion and in compliance with JCAHO requirements.
• Partner up with the gift shop manager on orders and re-orders product that is stocked in the gift shops on a regular basis.
• Maintains volunteer staffing for the gift shop.
• Collaborates with Gift Shop team to ensure inventory levels are appropriate at gift shops.
• Ensures daily counting and deposit of receipts following LVHN Cash Control Procedures.
• Ensures that all purchases made on shop credit cards and paid invoices have appropriate receipts and approvals.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years Retail sales industry, including merchandise purchasing and product marketing.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, inventory control, and retail operations.
• Knowledge of vendor-client relationship and customer relations.

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
