About the Company You'll Be Working With

You'll be joining a fast-growing European clean energy company, helping homeowners switch to solar and heat pump solutions. The company is scaling its network of independent sales partners across Germany and is building a small, focused outbound team to drive that growth.

The Opportunity

We're building a lean outbound team to help the company recruit independent sales partners, not to sell directly to homeowners. You'll be calling self-employed commercial agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real estate agents to introduce the partner program and gauge their interest in a partnership.

This is an early-stage team: the company is hiring agents for this first phase, with a fast start expected. Every call you make and every partner you qualify has a direct, visible impact on how the program grows.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contacting potential sales partners by phone, including self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals

• Clearly explaining partnership model and its value to their existing customer base

• Qualifying relevance and genuine interest before booking next steps

• Scheduling qualified 1-on-1 consultations for partner management team

• Documenting call outcomes, objections, and next steps accurately in the CRM

• Sharing insights and recurring themes from your calls back with the team

• Following data protection, compliance, and call guidelines at all times
  

What We're Looking For

• Native German speaker — this is a firm requirement, as all calls are conducted in German

• At least 2+ years of experience in B2B phone acquisition, telesales, or partner acquisition

• Ideally, background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications

• Confidence speaking with independent sales reps, managing directors, and sales leaders

• A professional, committed, and energetic communication style

• Ability to explain a new business model simply and highlight its economic upside

• Strong objection handling and consistent, disciplined follow-up

• Comfortable with structured CRM documentation and a high standard of data quality

• Available during core hours, 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday

• Former sales professional from insurance, financial advisory, or real estate

• Partner or affiliate acquisition specialist
