Rate of Pay: $32.33 / hour
Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Jerry’s is seeking an individual who:
- Will make lasting connections with our customers
- Prepares deli products including a variety of cheeses and salads
- Prepares meat and seafood products including a variety of beef, fish, poultry, and pork
- Fills and rotates cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) and manages shrink
- Creates and manages a weekly work schedule for employees
- Will train and develop deli employees
- Assists with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full
- Helps maintain a clean and sanitary store

- Has experience working in a deli (2-3 years preferred)
- Attended Food Safety training and understands proper cooking and holding temperatures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
FREQUENT: 15% or more of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.

- lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 1500 force lbs.
(unloading deli ingredients and supplies)

knives, slicer, steamer, scales, deep fryer, oven, pallet jack

lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., equipment operation (calculator), climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling

extended exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces, working with hot grease
