About the role

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will work across the stack to design, build, test, and improve production software.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and other teams to turn business and customer needs into reliable, user-friendly technical solutions.

Requirements

• Building and maintaining full-stack web applications and SaaS products
• Developing backend services, APIs, integrations, and business logic
• Building responsive and user-friendly frontend experiences
• Working with relational databases and designing efficient data models and queries
• Integrating third-party services and external APIs
• Working with data-driven or AI-powered functionality
• Writing automated tests and maintaining high standards of code quality
• Investigating and resolving production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
• Contributing to architecture and product decisions
• Working closely with product and business teams to understand the "why" behind what you are building
• Taking ownership of features from initial idea through development, release, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

We are open to different technical backgrounds. You don't need to match every technology in our stack.

What matters most is that you have a strong software engineering foundation and can demonstrate that you have built and shipped production software.

You have:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Solid experience building production web applications or SaaS products
• Strong knowledge of at least one modern backend technology or language such as C#, .NET, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Python, or similar
• Good understanding of frontend development and experience with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, or similar
• Strong SQL and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar
• Experience designing and working with APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with automated testing and modern software development practices
• A good understanding of software architecture, data structures, and fundamental engineering principles
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows
• The ability to understand complex problems and turn them into simple, maintainable solutions
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly
• A product mindset and genuine curiosity about the problems your software is solving

We know that great engineers do not always follow the same technology path.
