Why We're Hiring

As our RPO and embedded recruitment work grows, we need someone who can own the entire hiring cycle without handing candidates between a sourcer and a closer. This is a full desk role for someone who wants to build, source, run and close their own pipeline, and who wants their income to reflect the results they deliver.

About the Role

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will manage recruitment delivery for a portfolio of OnHires clients from intake through to signed offer. You source it, you screen it, you present it, you close it. You will also own account management for your assigned clients, acting as the main point of contact for both candidates and clients throughout the relationship. You will work closely with our recruitment leads, but the pipeline and the outcome are yours to own.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing.

• Build and run sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Meta View, Pin.com, GitHub and Boolean or X-ray search, plus AI sourcing tools where useful.

• Run structured screening calls to assess skills, motivation and cultural fit before presenting candidates to clients.

• Keep candidate and vacancy data current in our ATS/CRM (Loxo, Teamtailor, NetHunt).

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for both clients and candidates on your vacancies, owning account management for your assigned clients and managing expectations and feedback loops on both sides.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients across time zones.

• Negotiate offers and manage the process through to signed acceptance.

• Track your own KPIs: time to fill, submission-to-interview ratio and submission-to-placement ratio.

• Communicate with candidates and clients in a way that is direct, honest and fast, in line with OnHires' values.

Skills We're Looking For

• Fluent, native-level English, spoken and written.

• Hands-on command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Meta View, Pin.com and similar sourcing or recruiting platforms, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly.

• Strong Boolean search and sourcing technique.

• Confident, consultative communication: comfortable running a screening call, a client update or an offer negotiation without a script.

• Sharp organization and pipeline management across multiple open roles at once.

• Self-starter mindset, comfortable working async and independently in a fully remote team.

• Results orientation: comfortable working toward placement and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Native English speaker, or educated at a university in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or another English-speaking country.

• Based in Latin America or South Africa.

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a recruitment or staffing agency (agency-side experience required).

• Eligible to work as an independent contractor and invoice for services from your country of residence.

• Reliable high-speed internet and your own laptop.

• Availability to overlap with European and/or US business hours for client and team coordination.

• Prior recruiting experience in tech, fintech, Web3, SaaS or AI/ML is a strong plus.
