About the Role
The Emerging Leaders Programme is designed for a highly motivated and mid-career professionals with strong performance track records and clear leadership aspiration. This program provides accelerated exposure to the organisation through structured development, cross functional assignments, and enterprise level projects. Participants build the leadership, strategic, and commercial capabilities required to take on broader roles and future leadership responsibilities.ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
1.Business Contribution & Role Delivery
- Perform the assigned role to deliver business outcomes while balancing programme requirements
- Apply structured problem solving, data driven thinking, and sound judgement in execution
2.Job Rotations & Enterprise Exposure
- Participate in job rotations or stretch assignments within the function and across different functions
- Quickly understand new operating models, stakeholder dynamics, and regulatory or customer contexts
- Collaborate with diverse teams and leaders across the organisation
3.Strategic Action Learning Projects
- Work on real business challenges with visibility at senior leadership level
- Analyse complex issues, develop insights, and propose practical, scalable solutions
- Present recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
4.Leadership & Capability Development
- Participate in structured leadership development modules
- Engage in mentoring and coaching conversations with senior leaders
- Actively seek feedback and demonstrate continuous personal growth
YOU BRING EXPERIENCE IN:
- 8+ year professional experience
- Leading people, managing projects, or driving strategic initiatives in dynamic environments
- Delivering a strong track record of impact, with meaningful business outcomes
- Leading change, innovation, transformation, or continuous improvement
YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:
