Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and analytical Commercial Finance & Pricing Manager to join our Americas Digital Business Unit (DBU) team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of pricing analysts and deal modelers, driving the commercial strategy for complex digital solutions across the Americas. Your expertise will help establish critical cost benchmarks and protect margins, ensuring our pricing frameworks directly support our ambitious growth goals. Here, you will step into a pivotal leadership role, partnering closely with senior executives to translate intricate financial data into actionable decisions that help modernize and shape the future of our business.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Manage daily deal flow, allocate capacity, and enforce operational throughput metrics across multi-regional pricing analysts and deal modelers.

• Govern the end-to-end deal modeling process: Oversee complex financial models, margin analyses, sensitivity grids, and capital investment evaluations to ensure robust commercial structures.

• Drive pricing strategy and margin expansion: Develop, execute, and monitor strategic pricing frameworks across our digital product and service offerings.

• Own the centralized Cost Master: Maintain and update direct/indirect labor rates, equipment cost tables, and regional rate cards to establish accurate operational baselines.

• Synthesize complex financial data: Translate intricate margin risks and deal tradeoffs into concise, decision-ready memos and executive presentations for senior leadership approval.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in Pricing, Deal Desk within B2B tech or IT services.

• 2+ years of proven people management experience, leading cross-functional or multi-regional deal teams.

• Proven experience and strong knowledge of SaaS business models, fundamental accounting principles (e.g., ASC 606), financial modeling, margin analysis, unit economics, and capital investment evaluation.

• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Legal, Operations, and BU Leadership on commercial escalations.

• Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese it's an advantage. (Please submit your cv in English)
