About the Role: At Mars, we are committed to bringing our beloved brands to life in retail outlets across the country. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving brand presence, physical availability, and category growth. You will own your territory, build impactful retailer relationships, lead merchandising execution, and deliver on our "Perfect Store" ambitions.
What you’ll do
Grow the Territory: Maximise distribution across Mars brands to hit revenue targets and "Perfect Store" standards.
Execute with Excellence: Follow structured store visit routines to deliver market-leading display quality.
Guide the Team: Direct and support merchandisers to ensure promotional activations are executed flawlessly.
Negotiate Space: Use commercial data and shopper insights to secure premium incremental floor space.
Partner with Retailers: Build strong, collaborative relationships with store managers and department heads.
Own Territory Operations: Manage CRM updates, monitor performance KPIs, and uphold health and safety standards.
Your unique ingredients
Experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG or retail environment
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded with financial literacy and data interpretation skills.
Tech-savvy with intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite incl Excel).
Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage competing demands and work independently in the field.
Valid drivers license
