What can you expect in a Facilities Supervisor role with TaskUs: 

The league leader in assists: You’ll be supporting and assisting our Facilities team in the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property to assure maintenance of approved quality standards. You’ll also assist with the preparation of financial reviews and monthly management reports.

Being a team player is also really important as  you’ll help in overseeing the safety of our employees by ensuring a safe, working, and well-maintained workplace.

Able to coordinate and prepare maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions of properties, capable of ensuring vendors’ above-par performance to comply with TaskUs’ standards

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians, cleaning crews, and other facilities personnel.

• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards.

• Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of facilities staff.

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure within the facility.

• Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency, sustainability, and space utilization.

• Serve as liaison between the facilities team and other operational or administrative departments.

• Track departmental budgets for tools, materials, equipment, and services.

• Experience in fire detection and extinguishing systems.

Required Qualifications: 

• Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent

• 2+ experience in Facilities and Building management.

• Previous experience in vendor management.

• Previous experience on budget management.

• the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• A++ verbal and written communication. No robots.

• A ridiculously awesome attitude to blend well with the TaskUs culture.

• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to translate big picture ideas into client objectives.
