What do you need to know about the job?
Pay Range - $21+/ hour and up, based on experience!
Shift - 2nd: 2pm - 10pm
Location - 7850 N. 81st Street, Milwaukee, WI 53223

What does a Production Operator at Charter Wire do?
Charter Wire’s 81st Street facility produces parts for global customers and is heavily focused on quality in all positions. This facility has several production areas, each with multiple levels for Production employees to pursue when they’re ready.
Stamping Department Operators run up to four stamping machines to ensure we are making very specialized parts that will meet customers’ quality requirements. They will operate in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail for quality, performing inspections and basic troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, but if you don’t have it that’s okay! We will pay for you to get your GED through an accredited program!
You work safely, you must be able to meet the minimum physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
