At Issuer Services, we support clients across events, platforms, and digital workflows. As part of the Execution team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for our clients. We work closely together to ensure every interaction is timely, accurate, and professional—and we’re looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of that delivery.

Our team operates on the UK shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sri Lanka Time), follows the UK calendar, and works in a hybrid model with three days in the office each week to support global business operations.

What you’ll be doing

• We’ll rely on you to support day-to-day operations and client interactions across our platforms.
• Managing incoming client queries across shared inboxes, email, and live channels, making sure responses are clear and timely.
• Working with our technology teams to investigate issues and keep clients informed as solutions are delivered.
• Helping to deliver client events end to end—from setup to live execution and follow-ups.
• Keeping our platforms up to date by maintaining content across tools such as Salesforce and client portals.
• Supporting on-boarding activities, including setting up accounts, access, and permissions.
• Preparing regular reporting to help us track client engagement and platform performance.
• Working closely with colleagues and external partners to keep everything running smoothly.
• Sharing client feedback to internal development teams so we can continue improving how we deliver our services.
