Executive - E&MJob Description
ITI with Diploma, above 8 Years Experience in API Plant maintenance, Modification works, HVAC Maintenance. Should have knowledge in GMP, Safety, Good Engineering Practices- To look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment’s and operations
- Co-ordination with Production Officers to solve any maintenance/utility problems.
- Delegation of work as per planning to attending the breakdown jobs.
- Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
- To follow / completion of user requirement as per prescribed SOP’s.
- Work distribution and attending delegated jobs with all required permits
- Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
- Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
- Monitor and usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
- As per schedules preventive maintenance of all equipment’s must be complete in time.
- Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members).
- Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
- Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior workers.
- To check Equipment health condition & rectify
- Follow the safety Precautions and Rules
