A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success. 

Requirements

Booking & Process Management – Strong understanding of end-to-end reservation, follow-up, and cargo handover workflow. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination – Ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution. Accuracy & System Discipline – High attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and compliance to prevent revenue leakage.

1 Manage air cargo reservations and bookings with accuracy and efficiency. (Preffered Smart kargo experience)

2 Review bookings / identify gaps and ensure timely resolution.

3 Train and support customers in adopting Teleport Cargo (TC) processes and systems.

4 Follow up proactively on booking confirmations and shipment status.

5 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

6 Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

7 Handle customer inquiries, requests and escalations promptly.

8 Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product and Support teams to ensure service excellence.

9 Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

10 Support customer onboarding, retention and business growth initiatives.

11 Perform any additional duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
