Executive Assistant for Chief Commercial Officer Germany and International Leader M&A

As an Executive Assistant, you will work with the Chief Commercial Officer for Germany and the International Leader M&A based in Germany. We will count on you to:

• Support the Chief Commercial Officer and the International Leader M&A in their day-to-day work and proactively help set priorities.

• Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments with foresight, and ensure smooth operations –even on short notice and when priorities change.

• Act as the interface for internal and external stakeholders and operate with confidence, a service mindset, and discretion.

• Support sales-operations-related tasks, for example by preparing information, coordinating sales activities, tracking to-dos, and structuring content.

• Contribute to the creation and preparation of presentations and management-ready materials, especially in PowerPoint.

What you need to have:

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, hospitality, or a similar area, and you can demonstrate several years of relevant professional experience.

• You are confident using MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills and strong communication abilities — also in an international environment.

• You work in a structured way, are highly effective, and maintain an overview even in a fast-paced setting.

• You are empathetic, flexible, and reliable, with excellent judgment when dealing with different stakeholders.
