The Executive Assistant supports the Chief Membership Officer and senior leadership team through a variety of tasks.

How You'll Shine:

Responsibilities include a broad range of administrative tasks which include calendar management, client communication and exercising independent judgment necessary to fulfill and carry out directives. The Executive Assistant must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and respect client-customer privilege.

The Executive Assistant must demonstrate a professional, positive and approachable demeanor. They will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where flexibility and adaptability are critical. The Executive Assistant will be required to collaborate and partner with various levels within the organization to successfully accomplish tasks and projects assigned. 

This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills and minimum of 4 years of administrative and/or executive support experience.
• Possess ability to anticipate leadership and team needs while taking pride to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with executive and senior management in professional manner.
• Provide accurate and timely data, information, and presentations to leadership as needed for organizational success.
• Ability to take control of various situations and express authority to ensure duties are carried out properly.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Adobe's Acrobat Professional. (Advanced PowerPoint skills preferred)
