The core responsibilities of this position are to provide office and administrative support to our New York office in a dynamic environment, while maintaining the utmost discretion with regards to proprietary and confidential information. This position offers a great opportunity to learn all facets of the advertising industry, to build and maintain relationships at all levels, and to play an important role in the organization.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10AM - 2PM ET.
• Manage all office management duties for the New York office.
• Greet scheduled visitors and directs them to appropriate area or person.
• Manage office (ie: office supplies) and kitchen supplies, inventory, and stocking.
• Manage catering deliveries and set-up for weekly breakfasts on Mondays and lunches on Wednesdays & Thursdays.
• Maintain office cleanliness.
• Manage facilities work orders and request service repairs and improvements.
• Office decorating for holidays and related events.
• Manage mail and package deliveries.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects across the organization.

GREAT TO HAVE

• Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and time management capabilities.
• Experience managing calendars in Outlook and coordinating between different time zones and locations.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with a proactive attitude and takes initiative.
• Computer Skills: Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Doc/Sheets.
