Things You’ll Do
- Drive net-new enterprise acquisition — target and close large accounts in your book of business through focused prospecting and executive engagement.
- Expand and retain strategic customers — develop account plans that identify expansion opportunities across research, marketing and HR stakeholders.
- Own complex deal execution — lead discovery, demoing, commercial negotiation and contracting while coordinating solutions consultants, legal and finance.
- Convert market insight into wins — maintain deep competitor and industry knowledge to craft differentiated, win-based proposals and pricing.
- Deliver predictable pipeline and forecasting — manage opportunities in Salesforce and participate in regular pipeline reviews and sales planning.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota — hit revenue targets and contribute to team targets and playbooks.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 10+ years selling SaaS to enterprise accounts, with demonstrated success in new business development and full-cycle sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing enterprise procurement processes.
- Experience engaging leaders in market research, marketing, HR or related enterprise functions.
- Proficient with Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) and disciplined sales process management.
- Background in MarTech or HR Tech strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
