What you will do:

• Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns;
• Handle creator outreach, coordinate back-and-forth logistics, and negotiate rates and deliverables at scale;
• Manage creator pipeline — outreach, negotiation, contract, content, and payment — and follow up proactively to keep things up to date;
• Review and approve creator content drafts against brand and campaign guidelines;
• Send and track creator agreements; process payments on schedule;
• Maintain reporting on creator status, output, spend, and performance for stakeholders;
• Flag disputes or at-risk relationships to the internal team with clear context;
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);
• Experienced with Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously;
• Experience building and maintaining tracking systems and reporting dashboards;
• Able to independently manage routine negotiations and approvals while knowing when to escalate;
• Availability to handle time-sensitive creator communications as needed;
• Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule;
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
