As a Senior Associate in Enabling Apps - Kinaxis, you will engage with clients to optimize their supply chain operations, leveraging your skills in operations consulting within our Management Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional and technical standards. You will be exposed to clients, developing an understanding of how to build meaningful relationships and anticipate their needs. This position offers an opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while contributing to the delivery of client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex supply chain challenges to develop innovative solutions
- Managing client engagements and delivering high-quality supply chain transformation projects
- Utilizing Kinaxis software to optimize supply chain performance and efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic sourcing and procurement strategies
- Developing and executing operational excellence initiatives to enhance logistics and inventory management
- Conducting market trend analysis to inform supply chain strategy and decision-making
- Leading process improvement efforts to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth
- Applying analytical thinking to assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
