About the Role:

• Assist in monitoring daily civil construction activities and site progress.
• Support site engineers in supervising work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of work progress reports.
• Participate in quality inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Support implementation and monitoring of site safety requirements.
• Review drawings and report discrepancies to the project team.
• Maintain project documentation, including site reports, inspection records, and material logs.
• Assist in tracking material deliveries, equipment, and manpower.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders under supervision.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities.
• Ensure proper filing and document control of project records.
• Perform other project-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
